The Float Mobile Learning Symposium 2012 will feature a morning session on business and strategy, afternoon session targeting designers and developers and networking and cocktail hour to wrap up an exciting day of mobile learning. This year's all-star speaker lineup includes: Shay Howe, user interface engineer at Groupon; Steven Hoober, author of “Designing Mobile Interfaces;” Aaron Silvers, chief learning officer at Problem Solutions; Kris Rockwell, CEO of Hybrid Games and ImpactGames; and Robert Gadd, president and chief mobile officer at OnPoint Digital. In this class, entrepreneurs and wannabe entrepreneurs will receive a quick and dirty lesson on the various areas of law they are or will be confronted with on a daily basis. Entity selection, partnership and shareholder agreements, leases, issues in employment, non-disclosure agreements, other contracts, tax issues and personal estate planning and asset protection issues will all be discussed. The class will be interactive with form agreements and provisions reviewed and discussed in class.
